The Service is intended exclusively for business users (sole traders, limited companies, contractors, self-employed professionals).
Private/non-business use is not supported.

There is no age restriction, but by using the Service you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of a business entity or as a self-employed individual.

3. Description of the Service

Invoice Guru is a mobile invoicing and business administration application that provides tools including, but not limited to:

• Mobile invoicing and quotes

• Client and item management

• VAT and tax-related features

• Automatic invoice numbering

• Document storage

• PDF invoice generation

• Optional integrations (e.g., MTD VAT, banking, OCR scanning)

• Basic bookkeeping assistance tools

• Company profile and logo features

The Service is not an accounting service, tax consultancy, or financial advisory service.

Belavin Limited reserves the right to update or modify any feature at any time.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide correct business information, including:

• Company name

• Address

• VAT or tax ID (if applicable)

• Other invoicing-related details

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.

You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

​

Invoice Guru offers subscription plans:

• Basic

• Pro

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through:

• Google Play Billing (Android)

• Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

5.1 Free Trial

A 10-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All billing is handled by Google or Apple under their respective terms.

5.3 No Refund Policy

Because the Service is a digital product and subscriptions are managed by Google and Apple, Belavin Limited does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Refund requests must be made directly to:

• Google Play

• Apple App Store

6. User Responsibilities

​

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all information you input.

• You will ensure the accuracy of all invoices, tax amounts, totals, and client details.

• You will comply with local tax laws and filing obligations.

• You will not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This section intentionally contains broad protections.

7.1 No Financial or Tax Advice

The Service provides tools to assist your invoicing workflow, but does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You remain fully responsible for your tax filings and compliance.

7.2 No Liability for Errors

Belavin Limited is not responsible for:

• Incorrect business data entered by users

• Incorrect invoice totals or VAT calculations caused by user input

• Loss of data due to device issues, uninstalled apps, or user actions

• Penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from misuse of the Service

• Errors caused by third-party integrations (MTD API, banking APIs, OCR, cloud providers)

7.3 MTD & Tax Submissions

MTD functionality assists with compliance, but Belavin Limited cannot guarantee acceptance of VAT submissions.
HMRC system outages or rejections are outside our control.

7.4 No Liability for Third-Party Systems

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by:

• Google Play or Apple billing

• Cloud storage downtime

• Banking integrations

• HMRC systems

• Network providers

• Device incompatibilities

7.5 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belavin Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Loss of data

• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, available on the website and in the app.

We store business information to enable core app functionality.
We follow UK GDPR requirements.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse or misuse the Service

• Attempt to hack, manipulate, or reverse engineer the app

• Use the app for fraudulent invoicing

You may terminate your subscription at any time through Google Play or Apple settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software code, visuals, and branding belong to Belavin Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
